Restaurant owner, Nisha Patel, conceived the Bombay Curry Co. concept during the height of the

pandemic, innovating around the difficulties faced by so many restauranteurs. As a mom and business

owner, Nisha worked around the clock to give the restaurant life. In April 2021, Bombay Curry Co. was

born on the heels of Nisha’s second child.

Alongside a renowned chef and her Flatiron-based kitchen team, Nisha cooked up a menu of vegan Indian dishes to rival what mom makes back home. The plant-based flavor profiles are rich and bold, constructed from only clean ingredients. Dishes like Beyond Tikka Masala and Curried Sweet Potato Steak are complemented by freshly-baked naan and sides like Veggie Achar and Mango Raita.

Drawing on innovation, purpose, and passion, Bombay Curry Co., is on a mission to honor traditions while delivering on elevated vegan and vegetarian Indian meals for today’s lifestyle. Bombay Curry Co. is serving up delicious dinner fare from the kitchen of our sister restaurant, Bombay Sandwich Co.
